I live with my husband David on our family’s dairy farm. We have 2 adult children and many furbabies.
I have a passion for occupational medicine, health and safety. I enjoy integrating my expertise in occupational health and safety in the management of complex occupational medicine issues. As a career entrepreneur, I am passionate about working directly with clients on the design and implementation of multi faceted business operations dealing with multi-level workforce management.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors– being in nature, hiking and camping. I also love traveling and seeing the world.
Anna Williams
Practice Manager
Anna has an extensive background in Family Practice and Cardiac & Cardiology Services. She joined the Sapphire Family Practice and Valley Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine in January 2022.
She enjoys the fast paced, ever changing environment of urgent care, learning and growing as an individual and as a team of healthcare individuals working toward the same goals.
Anna is originally from Pennsylvania, her family moved to the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in the fall of 2011. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband have two active outgoing children that all share a love of sports- soccer, basketball and volleyball. Anna also enjoys being creative in the kitchen with her husband, gardening. Our family also has two busy furbabies, a Golden Retriever and a Labrador Retriever.

Every single day at Valley Urgent Care is different, the same routine and protocol, but there are different patients everyday with different needs. I work with an amazing group of talented individuals that became part of me, together we make a team. Without one another, nothing can truly get accomplished. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, doing different seasonal outdoor activities, and I also love to garden. I make jewelry and that gives me a feeling of peace.
